Product description
The 2-Component Orthosis Medium DUO A/B system enables the creation of custom orthoses in just three simple steps. With a 1:1 mixing ratio of base (A) and catalyst (B), the compound becomes homogeneous when fully mixed, indicated by uniform colouring. Thanks to a short curing time of only 2–3 minutes, the moulded part can be quickly removed from the application site.
The result is a medium-viscosity silicone orthosis (Shore hardness 10–12) with excellent mechanical properties, a smooth surface (no sanding required), and long-lasting elasticity. After approx. 12 hours, the material reaches its final hardness. Washable, elastic, and comfortable, DUO A/B orthoses ensure a high level of wear comfort and long durability.
