Exceptionally soft, dimensionally stable, and durable orthotic silicone material.
Highly skin-friendly and ideal for allergy sufferers.
The silicone compound contains nourishing oils that help keep the skin soft, smooth, and supple during use. It is processed using Reaktol Liquid catalyst in a controlled three-step method to ensure optimal consistency and performance.
After placing the silicone mass in the required position, it can be safely removed after a waiting time of 3–5 minutes.
The final hardness is achieved after approximately 12 hours.
Depending on the silicone used, the finished orthosis may have different levels of viscosity and hardness:
Bland Rosé Soft: Shore A hardness 2–4
Silicone Medium: Shore A hardness 14–16
This allows the creation of custom silicone orthoses tailored to individual patient needs.
