RETURNS POLICY

                          Return and Warranty Policy

        1. General Provisions

        1.1. This policy governs the procedure for product returns and the terms of warranty service for items purchased from Estetik Foot Care.
        1.2. We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and services. However, in rare cases, products may be found to be faulty or defective.
        1.3. Please note: Estetik Foot Care does not provide an immediate replacement service.

           

        2. Returns and Compensation

        2.1. If a suitable replacement is not available, Estetik Foot Care reserves the right to refund the purchase price of the product along with the original freight cost.
        2.2. Insurance costs and subsequent shipping costs are non-refundable.
        2.3. Returns are only accepted for unused products in their original packaging.

 

       3. Exceptions

       3.1. Creams, disinfectants, and other personal care products cannot be returned if they have been opened or used.
       3.2. Machines and equipment cannot be returned after use, as well as in cases where the manufacturer has determined that the product is free from defects.

 

      4. Return and Service Procedure

      4.1. In the event that equipment develops a fault within the warranty period, the customer must send a request to info@estetik.ie.
      4.2. After the request is received, the customer will be provided with a service form, which must be completed and included when sending the device to the manufacturer’s service center.
     4.3. The customer will receive a Return Material Authorization number (RMA) for service and manufacturer’s inspection. This RMA number must be clearly marked on the outer packaging of the returned item.
     4.4. All RMA numbers are valid for 14 (fourteen) days from the date of issue.
     4.5. Returns without a valid or expired RMA number will not be processed.

 

      5. Responsibility for Shipping

      5.1. Estetik Foot Care is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
      5.2. The customer must ensure adequate insurance coverage for all products returned to Estetik Foot Care.

 

      6. Final Provisions

      6.1. This return and warranty policy may be amended or updated without prior notice.
      6.2. Any issues not covered by this policy are governed in accordance with applicable law.
