Follow Up Visit After Treatment (Check Up) A follow up visit is an essential part of therapy, ensuring that: • The healing process is progressing as expected • The home care plan is working effectively • The treatment results are being properly maintained These visits are carried out in a calm and comfortable setting and allow for small adjustments that help prevent complications or recurrence. When Follow Up Visits Are Scheduled • Ingrown toenail: 3–5 days after treatment (if tamponade or correction systems are applied — according to your individual plan) • Corn / callus: after approximately 10 days, depending on footwear and pressure on the foot • Verruca (wart): every 2–4 weeks until a stable result is achieved What the Visit Includes • Examination of the treated area and assessment of healing progress; photo monitoring if required • Gentle correction (e.g., replacement or adjustment of tamponade/bracing for ingrown toenail, further treatment of a corn, or reapplication of medical products for verruca) • Updated aftercare advice covering product use, hygiene, skin protection, footwear recommendations, or pressure relieving insoles • An individual treatment plan for ongoing visits or final follow up, depending on the condition When to Come Earlier Than Planned • Increasing pain, swelling, redness, or discharge • Dressing falling off or significant skin irritation • Possible allergic reaction to home care products Cancellation Policy Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or no shows, will result in the loss of the deposit.
